Delivery Policy

Last updated 9 August 2026

We are a software company. Nothing we sell is shipped physically — there is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. Everything is delivered electronically. This policy explains when you get what you have paid for.

1. Product subscriptions

Access is granted immediately once payment is confirmed, and you use the product over the internet with a webStrake account. There is nothing to install or await.

If a payment is confirmed but access has not appeared within a few minutes, sign out and back in. If it is still missing, contact us and we will put it right.

Access continues for the period you have paid for. Nothing is posted to you.

2. Services under a quotation

Work carried out for you is delivered as agreed in the quotation for that engagement. The quotation sets out what is being built, what is handed over and when.

  • Timelines are those in the quotation. Where none is stated, we agree one in writing before the work starts.
  • Delivery is electronic — a deployment, a repository, a file transfer, or credentials for an environment. What counts as delivered for your project is set out in the quotation.
  • Timelines assume you respond. Where a date depends on content, approvals, access or information from you, delays on your side move the date by at least the same amount.

Acceptance, and what happens after handover, are governed by our Business Terms.

3. Physical goods

We do not currently sell any. If that changes — for example if we offer hardware alongside our software in future — this policy will be updated with shipping terms before anything is sold.

4. Failed or delayed delivery

If access does not arrive after a confirmed payment, or a delivery is late and you have not heard from us, write to [email protected] with your invoice or payment reference. We will tell you where it stands and what we are doing about it.

Where we cannot deliver at all, cancellation and any refund follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Contact

Write to [email protected] with any question about delivery.
